Michelle Stuart is the Executive Director of Perioperative Services at HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast, bringing more than twenty years of nursing and executive leadership across academic medical centers, trauma hospitals, and surgical facilities.

Michelle has led large multidisciplinary teams, directed multimillion-dollar operating room renovations, and advanced robotic and hybrid surgical suite development. Her leadership has consistently improved patient safety, operational efficiency, and service growth. A board-certified nurse executive and perioperative specialist, Michelle contributes actively to professional organizations and publications.
