Natalie Conde is a board-certified Physician Assistant and healthcare strategist with more than 17 years of clinical experience across emergency medicine, urgent care, and virtual care delivery. She most recently served as the Director of Telemedicine for Novant Health Urgent Care and UCI Medical Affiliates, providing enterprise oversight for statewide virtual care platforms across a network of 54 clinics.

Natalie focuses on expanding healthcare access through telemedicine, with particular emphasis on rural communities and patients facing transportation barriers.
